    Can I get a free sample?

     

    We can provide free sample with a fixed delivery charge of USD$20 for global UPS delivery.
    The delivery fee can be settled by online payment.

    What is your terms of payment ?

    For payment under $1,000 USD: 100% payment in advance.
    For payment over $1,000 USD: 50% deposit & 50% balance after shipping.

     

    What is the lead time?

    For U.S. and Europe, 5-8 days by global UPS delivery.
    For Asia, 2-3 days.

     

    What is the trade term?

    FCA(Free Carrier).
    We arrange Air Shipping of the goods to a destination specified by the buyer. 
    The shipping fee will be included in the bill.
